Winter Bridal Show

I participated in a bridal show this weekend at Minker Banquet Hall. I decided to do a new set-up for this bridal show. I had my handy husband refinish a desk that we already had in order to use it for upcoming shows. I think that it turned out nicely and added a great touch to the display. I also decided to display custom desserts so that people know that I do dessert tables. I think that the desserts were well received by the brides. Thanks for all that came out to see us!

New Year! New Cakes!

We'll I just want to start off by saying that I had a wonderful New Year, and I am excited for all of the weddings and celebrations that I will get to be a part of this year.

I had the pleasure of being a part of the Timonium Bridal Expo this past weekend, and had a wonderful experience. It was great getting to meet and speak with all the new brides. I just wanted to share a photo of our booth set-up, and also share a new cake that we made for display at the show.

 I love the way this cake turned out! I think that the sugar balls really set us apart from the other bakeries there. All of the pearls along the bottom of the tiers were hand placed by me, and let me tell you that was a labor of love!

Ripken Stadium Bridal Show

This weekend we had the pleasure of participating in Ripken Stadium Bridal Show. We had a great time meeting with all of the brides and the vendors! We look forward to hopefully working with all the wonderful brides in the future. Here are some pictures from our table set-up, ( we weren't able to get any photos during the show though). Hope you like our set-up!

This set-up was similar to out last bridal show set-up, except this time we brought our black and white cake, which was a huge hit! We also had less space so we couldn't use our pedestals, but that okay, I still think the set-up turned out nicely.

Spring Bridal Show

If you live locally, come check us out this weekend at the 2011 Spring Bridal Show at Ripken stadium, May 1st from 2-5pm Aberdeen, Maryland.

It is sure to be a good time, and there will be tons of great vendors, and door prizes! We hope to see you there!

Bridal Show

I wanted to share our first ever bridal show with all of you. We (my husband and myself) had a blast meeting all of the brides and the vendors. The bridal show was held at the gorgeous Inn at Roops Mill and hosted by Kimberly Brooke Photography.

Below is the space that we set-up for the show and I think it looked pretty good for our first time. My wonderful brother-in-law made the wooden pedestals to display my cakes. My lovely husband cut and placed the vinyl to display our name on the pedestals, and we printed pictures to hang on the sides to complete the look. I think they looked fabulous! My husband, also came through on the awesome sign that he had made at his work! Lastly, I want to thank my wonderful Aunt for sewing all of the table linens for me! It is good to know people! I hope you enjoy!

Bridal Show

Sweet Eats Cakes LLC will be doing their first bridal show April 3rd from 1pm to 4pm at the The Inn at Roops Mill in Westminster MD.  The show is hosted by DeMario Bridal & Formal Inc. , Kimberly Brooke Photography, and The Inn at Roops Mill.
